Front Radius

The 10" front radius is designed to save fuel. Options include a 16" radius and peak.

Underframe

The longsills and crossmembers are constructed of 80,000 psi minimum yield high strength, low alloy steel I-beams. The underframe is built with 12" crossmember centers with two fish-belly crossmembers used in the wheel area. All underframes are fully undercoated, including the floor. Options include steel threshold plate.

Interior

Your truck's interior lining is fully customized for your requirements. Select from a wide variety of options.

Side Door

Side doors are 42" wide with height scaled to the inside height of the van. All side doors are completely framed with 6061 “hard aluminum” for strength.

Heavy Duty Dock Package

To protect your liftgate: Heavy duty dock reinforcement, 20" rubber bumpers, and side steps for easy van access.

Mid Body Rubrail

An available additional mid body rubrail can prevent side panel and lower rail damage.

Rear Frame

The rear frame is constructed of heavy gage, formed and reinforced steel. Top corner gussets are standard. A PPG topcoat finish deters rust. Available options inclde corner irons and tail light enclosure boxes.
